How is it when you go too a referred business such as this one, and get no type of assistance. I brought in everything I was told to, and still you want more income, after providing my own. I'm the one that needs the assistance, NOT MY HOUSEHOLD!!!!! So why does you need the households income, and what business of it is yours How rent is paid and food is bought. I DID NOT ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WITH RENT, LIGHTS, AND/OR FOOD. I CLEARLY STATED FOR EYEWEAR , YOU GUYS HELP WHO YOU WANT WHEN YOU WANT IN THIS TOWN!!!!!!

I've known Better Health for so many years and how much they help people in the Fayetteville/Cumberland County community when Mrs. Judy Klink was their Director. I was working for another non-profit organization at the time and we had referred many clients to them for their Diabetic Clinic, prescription assistance, medical equipments, and even partnered with them in many events. But I really didn't realized the impact Better Health's program would do to me till my own mother needed help. She was a diabetic and after atte ding their 7 week Diabetic Clinic, she and my father learned a lot and made healthier choices that saved her life. And it wasn't till I went through my own personal journey that it has impacted me to seek help from Better Health. Their staff are always friendly and very considerate. They're all compassionate to help anyone even if it's just to listen to what you're going through and give you a heartfelt voice that they are there for you. I'm so glad Better Health exists in our community, they're truly helping those in need to have a better and healthier life.

Called for an urgent medical need for a CPap machine. Nia at the front desk helped with a report they needed. Vicki told me what to do on the phone before I arrived and with just minimal amount of paperwork they had me a new machine. They have classes for people who have diabetes and have a lot of medical supplies for people that need them. Update: I attended a class and it was very helpful!!! Maria gave a great talk. Every week they have different topics to help care for diabetes. Checking in with nurse Liz was pleasantly helpful and informative. Roger was helpful and nice. If you are diabetic or pre diabetic the classes are informative. They do so much for the community.

We were directed to Better Health to get assistance get a prescription filled for my wife. It was simple and easy getting assistance with Better Health. The process was simple and took less than 30 minutes and we were directed to where to go to pick up the medication we needed. We were also advised of classes for diabetes that they offer. Check into Better Health. It is well worth your time.
